Executive Assistant

Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking versatile and organized Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Business Development team. We are searching for candidates who are well organized, who have great time management skills, forward thinking, detail oriented, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment while also working autonomously on given tasks.

Mammoth offers complete design-build services and is respected nationally as an industry leader with projects completed at the highest levels of sports, including the NFL, Big 10 Conference, Northern Sun Conference, Big 12 Conference, MIAA Conference, Southeastern Conference, Heart of America Athletic Conference and many others nationwide. Mammoth is a family owned and operated company with the corporate headquarters located in Meriden, Kansas, and an additional office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. 

JOB LOCATION: Meriden, KS & Lenexa, KS
SALARY: TBD Based on Qualifications + Benefits 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors and customers.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the Business Development Team.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Assist with data entry and meeting notes.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Create communications, project proposals, emails, invoices, and reports.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Review, complete, and submit expense reports.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Be available outside of normal operating hours as needs arise.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, collate, and distribute mail.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and customers.
  • Order supplies, gifts for clients, staff, and customers.
  • Occasional travel to South Dakota. Able to travel to Kansas City & Meriden, Kansas on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Open and willing attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate and/or learn computer operating systems.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to an everchanging work environment and prioritize tasks appropriately.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administrative or assistant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
